Symptoms

On upgrade from OAS 5.5 to OAS 6.4, some Analyses fail and return the following error: 

[nQSError: 17010] SQL statement preparation failed. [[
[nQSError: 17001] Oracle Error code: 32034, message: ORA-32034: unsupported use of WITH clause at OCI call OCIStmtExecute.
[nQSError: 43119] Query Failed ]]
