Install Oracle EPM in Non English Language Shows Wrong Version in the Top Bar (Doc ID 2911085.1)

Goal

When Oracle Enterprise Performance Management System is installed with the language chosen as any Non-English Language,

For Example: French

 

The top bar shows the version as 11.2.0.0 only in any Non-English install even though the installation is for 11.2.X version which is not a 11.2.0 version.

However, the English language install would show the right version of 11.2.X  For Example: If you are installing 11.2.8 English Language would show as 11.2.8 but Non-English language install would show as 11.2.0.0
