OAS Axis Labels Are Not Using Locale Language Abbreviations (Doc ID 2917176.1)

Symptoms


OAS doesn't use Local language settings for abbreviations (German, etc) in Axis labels.

Graphs are showing the abbreviate in English language regardless of configured Language.

This may be confusing to end users not knowing or aware of correct value.

 Chart generated having abbreviations where OAS is configured for a locale other than English.
