Symptoms

After Upgrading 11.1.1.10.3 PS2 to PS3, which includes an in-place upgrade of OBI 12c to Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) 2022 (6.4), obis1,obips1,obiccs1,obisch1 will not start.
Additionally, the component will crash, and generate many core files,
