After Upgrade From 11.1.2.4 To 11.2.9, Custom Roles Does Not Work reports and folders in Explore Properly. (Doc ID 2927033.1)

Symptoms

In 11.1.2.4, custom roles work fine in Explore, but after upgrade to 11.2.8 and 11.2.9 the custom roles does not work in Explore like 11.1.2.4

Even though the reports or folders have custom roles, you can't see the reports or folders which has only custom roles.

If a user has Security Administrator role, you can see them via Security Administrator role, however, you can't operate any reports which only have custom roles as Viewer.

 

Changes

Upgrade from 11.1.2.4 to 11.2.9
