Symptoms

In Hyperion Financial Management(HFM), when users trying to lock the entities, an error displayed "EPMHFM-3319: Cannot complete this action because calculations, translations, or consolidations need to be performed". Many of the parents and base members are locked but few of them is not getting locked when locking it at parent level. The same error occurs when trying to lock directly at the base level.
