OBIA 11g: Cannot Login to DAC Client After Metadata Import From Another Environment (Doc ID 2936955.1)

Symptoms

After exporting DAC Metadata from one env. and importing the same into another environment, unable to login into DAC Client for target environment. When clicking on Test Connection, it shows "Connection Successfully Established"

But below error is seen on the DAC Client:

DAC Metadata export/import done using "User Data" option.
