Symptoms
Unable to open URLs in new window or in Workspace from Explore on 11.2.12.
* This does not occur on versions prior to 11.2.12.
* The URLs can be added from Explore > File menu > Import > URL. (e.g. IIS page "http://<SERVER_NAME>")
* The URLs can be accessed by specifying the URL directly in web browsers.
When opening as a tab in the Workspace, get the following error:
