Symptoms

Upgraded to 11.2.11 from 11.2.8 after that when do "Apply Updates" it is giving an error

ERROR

Exception: Invalid column name 'c_value'.


STEPS
-----------------------
Apply updates being applied from drm console.   

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Unable to perform the upgrade.  

Changes

 Originally applied updates failed with message ExecutewithTimeout timed out after 15 seconds.
