Symptoms

Unable to Login to Essbase 21c with MSAD Users.  The error in the SharedServices_Security_Client.log:

CACHE operation failed. Error executing query. RootCause : simple bind failed: <Ipaddress>. Verify user directory configuration.
Failed to initialize group cache for MSAD user directory <MSADdirectory_name> Error connecting to url . RootCause : simple bind failed: <Ipaddress>. Verify MSAD user directory configuration.
Failed to refresh group cache. Some of configured user directories not initialized [MSADdirectory_name]. Verify user directory configuration.
