Error 'Assertion failure: !tAccountId.isEmpty()...' When Changing the Catalog Permission (Doc ID 2946792.1)

Symptoms

You might encounter the following error when changing the catalog permission.

 

The issue can be reproduced at the intend with the following steps:

1. Create any catalog objects.
2. Open 'Permissions' of this catalog object, add the user USER-X into the permission.
3. Archive this catalog object.
4. Unarchive this catalog object with Options Preserve to preserve the object's permissions (ACL) in the target environment, where the user USER-X not existed.
5. Try to set permission for unarchived catalog in the target environment and you will encounter the Error 'Assertion failure: !tAccountId.isEmpty()...
6. Open 'Permissions' of this catalog object and you will see user USER-X displayed 'Unresolved Account' on there.
