Symptoms


After upgrading the BI Publisher from 12.2.1.4.0 to OAS 6.4 or OAS 7.0, when trying to login to xmlpublisher URL the error "Pixel-perfect reporting feature is not enabled" occurs.

The bipublisher.log shows:

  1. Log in to xmlpserver URL
  2. The error "Pixel-perfect reporting feature is not enabled" occurs.
