Symptoms

OAS config fails during installation with error:
Step Sync mid tier database started
See log file: /opt/apps/bia/oracle/Middleware/Oracle_OBIA/config2023-05-19_09-17-48AM/SyncMidTierDB.out
Failed single shot step: Sync mid tier database with: Execution of /opt/apps/bia/oracle/Middleware/Oracle_OBIA/user_projects/domains/bi/bitools/bin/sync_midtier_db.sh failed with exit value 1
