Smart View Disconnects from Essbase 21c Datasource after 60 Minutes (Doc ID 2951328.1)

Symptoms

Connections established to the Essbase server from Smart View are disconnecting after 60 minutes of inactivity.  

Timeout settings 'KeepAlive Timeout', 'Receive Timeout' and 'ServerInfo Timeout' are all set to 28,800 seconds, which is 8 hours.

However, still timing out.  Smart View should not timeout after 1 hour, but instead after 8 hours based on these timeout settings.
