Essbase 21c: Unable To Connect To Partitioned Applications After Updating SSL Certificate (Doc ID 2956809.1)

Symptoms

An existing CA signed SSL certificate has been replaced with new CA signed SSL certificate. Per the Essbase 21c documentation, the TLS certificate tool was used to complete this process. After completing the process, unable to create an Essbase application partition using MaxL. Get the following error message:

MAXL> create or replace transparent partition <APPNAME>.<DBNAME>
OK/INFO - 1051034 - Logging in user <USERNAME>
OK/INFO - 1051035 - Last login on <DATE>.
WARNING - 1241162 - Creating partition on UTF-8 mode server from a MaxL client or script without UTF-8 signature. Assuming all characters are UTF-8 compatible or already encoded (otherwise, characters will be interpreted incorrectly).
WARNING - 1080014 - Transaction [ ******** ] aborted due to status [1030818]..
ERROR - 1013295 - Server Request Fails with error code [1030818].
ERROR - 1241121 - Partition definition is not valid: [].
