Symptoms

Upgrading HFM application from 11.1.2.4 to 11.2, errors running HFM Application Upgrade, HFMApplicationUpgrade.log shows errors:

Starting conversion of PFLOW table...
Unable to create the target table <APPNAME>_PFLOWH_X_YYYY!SQL Error=(0) Description=(ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object)
Number=(-2147217900)(80040E14) Source=(OraOLEDB) Description=(ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object) SQLState=((null))NativeError=(955)
