Symptoms

Unable to start Essbase 21c applications after Essbase repository schema password change activity.  No Essbase application logs are being created.

Error (1350014)  Attempt to execute OCI statement failed. [ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied] Fatal Error : Server aborting.
