Symptoms

 Running ApplyUpdate.PS1, shows errors:


Powershell command window shows:

FMW OPatch could not be upgraded.  Please check the logs for more details

Error Code: 1

 ApplyUpdateSummary.log

ERROR FMW Opatch could not be upgraded

 

 

Changes

 Server has newer Opatch version than Release Update
