Creating the RCU Schemas in an Oracle Database Standard Edition instance fails and the following error is observed in the RCU log file when creating the <Prefix>_BIPLATFORM schema:
Couldn't create schema!
Error while creating index W_ETL_REPOS_P1.
ORA-00439: feature not enabled: Online Index
Note:
This issue is not encountered when creating the OAS 2023 RCU Schemas in an Oracle Database Enterprise Edition instance.
This issue is not encountered when creating the the RCU Shcemas for earlier releases of OAS (2022 / 6.4, etc.) in an Oracle Database Standard Edition instance.
