OAS 2023 viewing the Connection Access tab in /dv, there are no connections when logging in using Ukrainian language.

When viewing in other Local (such as US English) connections are listed.

New install of OAS 2023. Issue when logging in and selecting Ukrainian language as opposed to other languages.
