After upgrade to OAS - Call SAPurgeAllCache() from Direct Database Query Analysis throws error (Doc ID 2971260.1)

Symptoms

In OAS, an analysis created using Direct Database Query option and issues the SQL "Call SAPurgeAllCache();". When running this analysis, it fails with driver error like below:

When you use SAPurgeAllCache() from IssueSQL window, it works fine.

Changes

Upgraded to OAS 6.4 from OBIEE 12c
