Symptoms

When trying to access Applications in Essbase 21c JET UI getting error "Internal Server Error".

essbase_server1.out log errors:

-Error(1042008) Network Error [9]: Failed to accept a connection

-<Warning> <JDBC> <BEA-001129> <Received exception while creating connection for pool "essbase_datasource": ORA-28001: the password has expired

-Internal Exception: weblogic.jdbc.extensions.PoolDisabledSQLException: weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceDisabledException: Pool essbase_datasource is suspended. Cannot allocate resources to applications. It was suspended at <date & time> because of 2 consecutive connect failures. Last connect attempt failed at<date & time>  because of weblogic.common.ResourceException: weblogic.common.ResourceException: Could not create pool connection for datasource 'essbase_datasource'. The DBMS driver exception was: ORA-28001: the password has expired
