Symptoms
Data Copy business rule failed and observed a huge memory consumption on Essbase server.
For example, application uses the entire memory (32 GB if 32 GB are available on the server, 64 GB if 64 GB are available on the server).

APPNAME///7416/Error(1130215)
Application is using [0] bytes of memory, and is requesting a new memory block of [319360] bytes. The application can't get a new memory block from the operating system.
