EPM Configurator crash with error unexpected error (Doc ID 2985912.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run EPM configurator after updating from 11.2.8 to 11.2.13,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"An unexpected error occurred and the application will have to shutdown"

ConfigTool.log shows :

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: More than one bean with deployComponentName: Shared Services

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the EPM System Configurator
2. Click Next screen
3. Error throws "An unexpected error occurred and the application will have to shutdown"

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot redeploy the component after the update to 11.2.13
