Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Metadata update not Synchronized between HFM Application Servers (Doc ID 2987676.1)

Symptoms

In a multi-server environment, HFM metadata updates are not being pushed to secondary HFM servers.  Example, when adding new Entity or Account, only users on the server where the load was performed will see the new member. 

Changes are only pushed to secondary servers after a restart.
