The DV Filter Displays Incorrect Number of Filter Values in Oracle Analytics

Symptoms
In OAS DV workbook -> Filter menu, If the "Show by Default" option is set for "Show Filter Values" in the new workbook, the filter values are shown for all filters in the workbook.
If the same option is set in an existing workbook, below behaviour is observed:
a. The existing filters in the workbook before setting the option show the number of filter values applied in brackets after the filter name.
b. The new filters added after setting the option show the filter values after the filter name.
