How To Change Scenario Management to "Not Enabled" Status (Doc ID 2991152.1)

Goal

The Scenarios option is enabled by inspecting the Database and clicking the Scenarios option on the General tab.  This setting cannot be changed back to 'Not Enabled'.   Is there another way to set it back to 'Not Enabled'?
