Symptoms

When attempting to connect to Essbase with an EPM 11.2.8 security wallet from EAS, the following error occurs.

ERROR

ERROR -     103 - Unexpected Essbase error 1030818.
WARNING - 1040132 - Opening a wallet(/Oracle/Middleware/EPMSystem11R1/common/EssbaseRTC-64/11.1.2.0/bin/wallet) failed(29106).
WARNING - 1040156 - SSL initialization failed with error code [1040132].
WARNING - 1040053 - Login failed with error 1051293. Verify the URL and the login credentials.
ERROR - 1040159 - Secure session can not be created because SSL initialization failed..
ERROR - 1040160 - Secure connection can not be established because SSL initialization failed.
ERROR - 1030818 - The client timed out waiting to connect to Essbase Agent. Check your network connections, host and port values, and that Essbase is started.
