Symptoms
When attempting to access the the EAS console on port 10080 using a URL such as http://<eas server>:10080/easconsole/console.html, the following error is displayed:
This site can’t be reached
The webpage at http://<eas server>:10080/easconsole/console.html might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_UNSAFE_PORT
In the Weblogic console, the service is running and the port is listening.
