FDMEE 11.2.x - Unable to Execute FDMEE Loads and Batches (Doc ID 2997710.1)

Symptoms

Unable to execute jobs in FDMEE. Also the Batch jobs are failing with the following error in the odiagent.log -

[oracle.odi.runtime.ExecHierarchy: 586] Session COMM_EXECUTE_BATCH (586) fails with return code 7000.[[
ODI-1217: Session COMM_EXECUTE_BATCH (586) fails with return code 7000.
ODI-1226: Step Set Process FAILED fails after 1 attempt(s).
ODI-1232: Procedure COMM Update Process - Jython execution fails.
ODI-1590: The execution of the script failed.
Caused By: org.apache.bsf.BSFException: exception from Jython:

Changes

 The environment had been updated from 11.2.8->11.2.14
