HFM - Data Grid Import Fails via LCM Import Error: "EPMHFM-66063: An error occurred loading documents to an application" (Doc ID 2998727.1)

Symptoms

Upgraded from prior version, Example: Upgraded to 11.2.7. The data grids exist but when exported via LCM from PROD to TEST, the import fails with error message as

"Forms/ Web Grids/ <Grid Name> :- EPMHFM-66063: An error occurred loading documents to an application".

Native admin ID is used for the export and import. Data Grid can be opened via UI HFM without any errors, but just can't be migrated to another instance.
