Goal

On : 21.5.0.0.0 version, Configuration/Administration

CMD2mxl.exe errors with "fatal error ESSBASEPATH not set"

Need to convert multiple (hundreds) of scripts from ESSCMD to MaxL.  When using conversion utility CMD2MXL error message "Fatal Error: ESSBASEPATH not set" appears

"For example, if the ESSCMD shell script name is %ARBORPATH%\dailyupd.scr, the command issued on the operating-system command line would be:
cmd2mxl %ARBORPATH%\dailyupd.scr %ARBORPATH%\dailyupd.mxl %ARBORPATH%\log\dailyupd.log"

Is there something that needs to be put in System/Environment Variables?
