Unable to Open Catalog Manager GUI after Upgrade to Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) 2024 (Doc ID 3044185.1)

Symptoms

Upgrade to Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) 2024.

Install a new OAS Client Tool along with the OAS server 2024.

The bellow error happens when trying to launch Catalog Manager GUI mode from the OAS Client Tool to connect OAS server.

    For more help on any one of these commands, please enter
    runcat.cmd/runcat.sh -cmd -help
    "Return status from Catalogmanager command : 0"
