Graph Incorrecty Displayed After Migrating From OBIEE To OAS (Doc ID 3047630.1)

After migrating from OBIE 12c to OAS,  the graph in a report is represents negative values incorrectly.

This occurs when using a 100% Stacked Vertical or Horizontal Bar chart and selecting Graph Properties/Titles and Labels/Format Data Labels/Display Options/Always & Actual value.

In OAS the graph wrongfully displays negative values in the middle of the bars of the chart:

In OBIEE 12c the same graph does not display negative values in the middle of the bars of the chart:

 Also, OAS is not displaying values at the top in the 2nd and 3rd vertical bars, while OBIEE 12c is correctly displaying these values.
