Unable To Login OBIEE Analytics Page With "The SSL Handshake Failed" In Log (Doc ID 3047983.1)

Symptoms

Unable to log into Analytics, able to login EM and admin console.
Using OIDAuthentication for SSO to log into analytics.

AdminServer.log shows the following exception -

<Notice> <Security> <BEA-090169> <Loading trusted certificates from the JKS keystore file xxxx.jks.>

<Warning> <Security> <BEA-099117> <The LDAP authentication provider named "OID Authenticator" failed to make connection to ldap server at ldaps://<HOSTNAME>:3,131, the error cause is: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure.>

When re-enter password and attempt to save on LDAP setting on WebLogic Configuration Page, following error occurs -

[Security:090834] No LDAP connection could be established. ldap://xx.xxxx:<Port> Cannot connect to the LDAP server

Ran the ldapbinds command to verify the SSL connection from the OBIEE client to the OID server, it same error -

SSL handshake failed
