EPM InstallToo.sh does not start on Linux (Doc ID 3055749.1)

Symptoms

Trying to install EPM 11.2.15 on Lixux.  When launching the installTool.sh with X11 Forwarding, it does not open in the GUI mode.  There are no errors, and no logs are generated.
