Symptoms

Substitution Variables are missing from the Member Selection window in Financial Reporting Studio.

To reproduce the issue, take the following steps:

  1. Create a report with a Planning Details data source.
  2. Double-click on a dimension with substitution variables to select members.  The Substitution Variables selection does not open.

This issue does not occur with an Essbase data source.
