Symptoms
Discoverer 10g Desktop and Administrator clients fail to connect to E-Business Suite (EBS) after Single Sign-On has been enabled for EBS:
Failed to connect to database - ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
Changes
SSO was enabled for E-Business Suite.
The Applications profile option 'Applications SSO Login Types' was set to 'SSO'.
