UBE jobs fail to get processed on the Enterprise Server. Services are restarted on the Enterprise server to resolve this issue. The following errors appear in the UBE Kernel logs:
NET2000002: Could not pass message to jdenet_k kernel queue=<Krnl18278ReqQ> (lastIPCError=<eIPCTimedOut>), Message aborted, type=4512
