Goal

We have done a data refresh for Control and Data libraries from PD to PY/DV in the past and when we do this type of refresh, it impacts Workflow. For example, custom Workflow objects in DV/PY that have NOT been promoted to PROD are damaged or disappear. 

What files in the Control or Data libraries store Workflow information? Can we back these files up in DV/PY and restore them after the data refresh?
