Users get Version Action Error message when they try to update Data Selection via Batch Versions row exit on batch versions that were created on web client.

Message is one of following

Steps to replicate :

1. Login to Web client
2. Open Batch Versions Applications (P98305W) by typing BV in fast path
3. Change data selection of a version via row exit
4. Submit version specs on server by selecting "Submit Version Specs Only" checkbox on the advanced options form exit during batch version submission.
5. Change data selection of same version via row exit a second time
6. After saving, popup "Version Action Error" message is displayed
