Full package build failed from deployment server only. Customer in EnterpriseOne 8.9 application release level TR 8.96_D1 and trying to build a Full Package for their custom pathcode named PU9 from deployment server, DEP9 environment and it is failing. If they build the package from a client workstation, it works fine.

They have this issue since the very first time they attempted to build a full package from the deployment server. Up to now, they are only able to build packages from a client workstation. All pathcodes have this issue.
Customer has active OCM mappings for F9860 table for ALL pathcodes they have for both PLANNER and System Data Sources. Object Librarian datasource is mapped to a Sun database server. Package build engine is looking for data in one of the two separate enterprise server (security servers). Machine Identification application (P9654A) is correct for all servers for Planner AND system.
Unable to build full PD package from deployment server. Getting the following errors in clientpkgbuild.log and jde.log:
