E1: JAS: Web Client Shows Blank Page After Clicking Sign In Button (Doc ID 1278657.1)

Symptoms

When logging into an HTML/Web client, there is a blank screen and no menus are displayed.  The HTML/JAS server writes the following errors to the E1ROOT.LOG:
