You have recently installed this environment. You are trying to apply an ESU or ASU using P96470. You get an error logging in to JDEPLAN with a short java stack.
In this scenario, customer is upgrading to EnterpriseOne 9.0 on new servers. Currently at the step to begin applying ESUs / ASUs. Using P96470 (Software Updates Application). The ESU / ASU does not appear on P96470. When you open P96470 you get this error in the jde.log:
This is the full java stack that you receive and there are no more messages in the jde.log to describe the problem. The jdedebug.log shows the same java stack.
This is a new install. Upgrading to this environment.
