Goal

You have two sets of foundation code (Multi foundation setup) running on the same AS400 box:

JDEE900 using E900SYS (Production) library with Tools Release 8.98.2.2
JDEE900ABC using E900SYSABC library with TR 8.98.4.1

You want to upgrade the Tools Release for E900SYSABC to 8.98.4.4. According the the Multi-Foundation process, Server Manager will automatically create a new subsystem with the name JDEE900.

The question is will this newly created JDEE900 subsystem conflict with the existing production JDEE900 subsystem (which corresponds to a different foundation code)?
