Purpose

Overview

PM Projections enables the maintenance planner to view and analyze the impact of future preventive maintenance (PM) part and labor requirements over a given period. Preventive maintenance uses a model work order with a bill of material for parts, and a routing of operation sequences for labor. Based on the projected interval of these demands, a forecast can then be created to present these requirements over a selected period. This demand output can be used as the basis of material and labor requirement planning (MRP/CRP), resource/ crew scheduling, and/or as manual planning tool.
