 Question 1:  Why are Parts List commitments made to only one location, or to the primary location (no inventory), when setup to Split Across Locations?
 Question 2.  Is there a workaround to 'recommit', backordered items, to a location/lot, when they become available, and not requiring deleting the parts first?
