 Issue 1: A blank screen comes up after importing zip file in P982402 Work With Importing User Generated Contents
 Issue 2: User gets a "Process Error" with status 98 in P982402 while importing or installing One View Reports
 Issue 3: User gets a "Process Error" with status 98 in P982402 while importing One View Reports (E1 using WAS only)
 Issue 4:Import process in P982402 stays at 0% and does not progress.
 Issue 5: While uploading 910allreports.zip the status bar stays at 0% and the web server eventually times out.
 Issue 6: When importing E910allreports.zip into P982402 the progress bar runs through to 100% but the 910allreports.zip shows up as status 98 - Process Error
 Issue 7: In application release 9.0, entry into P958973 Work With Feature Definitions generates error on table F958973 not found in Business Data Source
 Issue 8: On Web client in P958974 Work With Feature Authorizations, error 018A occurs after adding a new grid row and clicking Save/OK.
 Issue 9: Unable to import reports in  BI Publisher server when using Oracle VM
 Issue 10: Mismatch soft coding record pop-up warning message when importing OVR templates with BI Publisher 11.1.1.7
 Issue 11: Mismatch soft coding record warning message when importing OVR templates after property name "bip version"  was added to soft code record
 Issue 12: Report exported in latest tools release does not show on application when imported into environment at an earlier tools release level (multi-foundation)
 Issue 13: While trying to upload the delivered zip file, import is stuck at 50% and do not progress further
 Issue 14: Unable Import One View Reports with Error "Bad response: 404 Not Found from url"
