E1: JAS: Tables F989998 and F989999 Clearing Out Repeatedly Due to Out-of-Sync Packages in F96511 (Doc ID 1489026.1)

Symptoms

End users on EnterpriseOne 9.0 with Tools Release 8.98.4.2 (could happen in other releases) are experiencing performance degradation because the F989998 and F989999 are repeatedly getting cleared causing objects to be demand-generated.

E1ROOT_xxxx.LOG file repeats the following log messages:


The issue can be reproduced with these steps:

  1. Perform a full Web Generation (manual).
  2. Try to access the JAS Server.
  3. Serialized tables F989998 and F989999 are truncated by E1.
