E1: OVR: One View Report Output Displays "Error Occurred" or "No Data to Display" Message when Using Load Balancer (Doc ID 1516935.1)

Symptoms

"Error Occurred" or "No Data to Display" message is displayed in the report output when a OVR report is run. OVR reports may work at sometimes and sometimes will throw these error messages. 

Issue may not occur if user logs in directly to a standalone JAS server node url, i.e.  without using load balancer URL. 

IMPORTANT: Information in this document pertains to EnterpriseOne JAS Clustering and Load Balance. At the present time BI Publisher server clustering or Load Balance is not available. Enhancement request is already in place. <BUG 17634715> - SUPPORT ONE VIEW REPORTS WITH BIPUBLISHER CLUSTER
